How many companies will be there? Until registration closes, we do not know how many companies in total will be represented, however, the Autolink delegate numbers have normally increased year-on-year ever since they started. 2008 saw 157 delegates from 96 organisations attend the event.

When will I see my meeting schedule? We do not finalise the meeting schedules until shortly after registration closes, giving everyone a chance to make their meeting requests. After registration closes, we take all the requests, and turn them into individual meeting schedules for the day, which will be sent to you approximately a week before the event.

How long are the meetings? They are 20 minutes long. The meetings are designed to give you a first introduction and establish interest between yourself and the other party, and to arrange further actions if the meeting is favourable.

Can I bring product samples? You are welcome to bring samples along, but please be aware that we cannot offer storage for them, so you must be happy to carry them with you during the day. Obviously if you are exhibiting, we would encourage samples to be brought for your stand, and there will be ample space to display them.

When should I arrive? The event opens at 0800am, and you can arrive at any time from then onwards. Please note that the registration process and familiarising yourself with where the different parts of the event take place will probably take a few minutes, so we would suggest that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before your first meeting.

Should I exhibit or attend as a delegate? This really depends on what you wish to use the event for. If you want to have pre-booked, no hassle meetings with up to 16 of the other companies, then coming as a delegate would be the best thing to do (not forgetting you have ample opportunity to network with the other companies outside of your meeting schedule). If you wish to bring along samples of your work, and network more generally with the companies and delegates at the event, then the exhibition is a very cost-effective way of doing this.
